There are SO many changes throughout life and oh-so-many unknowns. Most things cannot be controlled no matter how much we wish or what kind of clever constructs we create. And with all this comes… anxiety.Maybe it’s felt as incessant worry, perhaps as gripping fear, waking in the middle of the night between 2-3 a.m. for no apparent reason, trouble falling asleep, or an overall unease with life. You’re not alone and it’s unbelievably common in our society.
There is help! If the mind isn’t well, the body can’t be well, and then we don’t live our lives well. It’s a nasty domino effect. This email series will include some background on the issue of anxiety from an Ayurvedic perspective (yoga’s ancient sister science) as well as practical tools and practices which are free or low-cost.
