Yoga will help you alleviate the discomforts of nausea, constipation, swelling, back pain, sciatica, and so many other things you're struggling with. Even better, yoga will help you reduce all that stress and anxiety.

BRING YOUR BABY & GET MOVING!
This class will blend dynamic movements to get you breathing (a.k.a energized), yoga poses and restorative yoga to calm the nervous system. Everything will be gentle enough for the postpartum body, but powerful enough to enliven you.
We’ll move for about an hour then use the remaining time to chat and connect.
*Students must be at least 8 weeks postpartum.
