HOW DOES A SESSION WORK?
✨ Completely remote- no zoom call or anything. (Energy isn’t linear and doesn’t have to be in-person to “work”😝)
⏱ The one hour session starts with a 15 minute meditation, 30 minutes of channeled reiki and 15 minutes to journal and reflect on your experience.
🗓 At your schedule time, you’ll lay down (or sit if you wish) in a comfortable space and listen to a guided meditation I’ve recorded for you and sent via email.
🌈 As you are listening to the guided meditation, I will be in my own space, prepping and setting the energy up for you to receive reiki and connect with guides.
🤲🏽 I will begin channeling the reiki to you using particular hand placements remotely on your body. During this portion, you can listen to any calming sounds of your choice or nothing at all.
🔮 As I’m channeling the reiki to you for 30 minutes, I will also open up to receiving any messages or insights from guides or your highest self. All of these will be recorded for you.
📖 When the 30 minute reiki is up (you can set a timer for yourself) I will stop channeling and you can spend the final 15 minutes journaling on anything that came up for you. You never know what will show up down the road and you’ll be able to reflect back on it!
🎙 I will email you the audio recording of messages that come through during your session for you to download and save.
What is Reiki?
" Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen 'life force energy' flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's 'life force energy' is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."
